Countries Adhering to the OECD Guidelines

The countries adhering to the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises consist of all members of the OECD plus ten non-members (Argentine, Brazil, Chile, Egypt, Estonia, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania and Slovenia). The presenters of a plaint can, in contrast, be citizens of any country.
